PD-MitoQUANT PI Dr Ronald Melki of the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, CNRS was an invited speaker at the International Symposium on Neurodegenerative Diseases organized by the University of Texas Southwestern O’Donnell Brain Institute in Dallas, Texas and the Texas Alzheimer’s Research and Care Consortium. The meeting took place on October 24 and 25, 2019 at the T. Boone Pickens Biomedical Building, NG3.11. Ronald’s talk entitled “Prion-like propagation of alpha-synuclein and Tau assemblies in synucleinopathies and tauopathies” was facilitated on October 25th.

The symposium highlighted the latest advances in clinical, translational, and basic research on Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders, and featured prominent national and international speakers.
