The annual Molecular and Computational Biology Symposium took place at the Conway Institute of Biomolecular and Biomedical Research in University College, Dublin (UCD) on the 21st and 22nd of November 2019. The symposium which involved international keynote speakers was organised by Ph.D. students from Systems Biology Ireland, the School of Veterinary Science, the School of Computer Science and the Conway Institute for Biomolecular and Biomedical research.

Sandeep Chenna, RCSI
At it, RCSI Research Assistant Sandeep Chenna presented PD-MitoQUANT- acknowledged research in a poster titled: Computational Study of mitochondrial Bioenergetic Dysfunction in Parkinson’s Disease animal models on Thursday, November 21st. Approximately 50 research scientists were in attendance.
